In 1965, Tbaung Song [allegedly]was a sleuth. [Song]spied on the Khmer Rouge, built up CIA forces, and educated people to believe that if they loved their country they had to oppose the Khmer Rouge. [ Tbaung Song]continued these actions until arrested by Angkar on 3 November, 1977.
