Summary / Abstract :

In 1967, Mom Ou [allegedly]joined the CIA. [Ou]had the duty to spy and spread leaflets in schools, Eastern Region and inspire people to hate the Khmer Rouge. In 1970, [Ou]infiltrated the revolution as a medical worker in Region 21. [Ou]built up forces against the revolution and destroyed forces of the revolution. When soldiers were sick, [Ou]did not give them injections, so they died. Sometimes [O u]injected soldiers to kill them. [Ou]destroyed medical material, and stored medicine and food supplies for a plan to fighting the party in 1977. Angkar arrested [Mon Oun]on 19 August, 1977.
