Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1960, Sum Tim was a spy of a Second Lieutenant and arrested the Khmer Rouge in each village. In 1970, [Tim]infiltrated the revolution in Trapeang Chorng District, encouraged soldiers to join the en emy and to desert the defence line and encouraged people to oppose the revolution, killed people and accused them of reporting the airforce to drop bombs. After the liberation in 1975, [Tim]seized peo ple's property and would kill them if they did not give their property. [Tim]forced troops to plan a coup. On June 28, 1977, [Tim]was arrested by Angkar.
