In 1973, Chea Yon was the fourth chief of Regiment 33 of the revolution, in Phum Po, Srok 18, Region 25. In 1974, [Yon]joined the Workers' Party. [Yon]indoctrinated the trainees at the Technical Schoo l in Division 12 to be undisciplined, (which was away from the organization line and from other groups making trouble)and to steal people's domestic animals to eat, in an attempt to cause mutual distr ust between the units and the people. After the liberation in 1975, [Yon]made the soldiers afraid of soldiers and destroyed plantations. Then [Yon]was arrested by Angkar.
