Includes a list of traitors; on page 30, contains a hand-written note in red pen, which reads: Note: 1)Chhim Meas confesses that he was a spy for Ros San during 68-69; 2)two other traitors are Hom, in production unit of Prey Chhor Districtm and Sen, Deputy Secretary of Prey Chhor DIstrict (likely heard that Sen was already arrested and killed, not clear though), others died, good that there is onl y Hom left, 21/1/78; on page 100, contains a hand-written note in red pen, which reads: Dear Brother, I have not read it yet; 2)I just looked at the list and saw that there are forces, for example Mor m, Prum, Thoeun, Loeun (page 6). Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1960, Tuot Ret [allegedly]joined the CIA. Since then 1975, Ret [allegedly]built up CIA agents, propagandized against communism in order to make people hate communism. After the liberation in 1975, [Ret]was a medical staff in Battambang. Then Man Phoun, called Houngsa , transferred him to the Business Section in Region 5 and told him to betray the revolution, steal property of the revolution, to mix bad and good cotton seeds, not weeding, and used insectide when it rained. On 7 August, 1977, [Ret]was arrested by Angkar.
