In 1970, Sokh Heng joined the revolution as a Group Chief in Regiment 2. [Sok Heng]joined the CIA in 1974, encouraged people with bad elements to join the CIA, criticized cadres, encouraged opposition to the party's planting plans, educated people to loot and destroy property. [Sokh Heng later became Chief of Telegram Office V66 and destroyed telegram equipment until arrested by Angkar in 1977.
