Summary / Abstract :
In 1964, Pech Choy [allegedly]joined the CIA, working for Seng Vai. He monitored Khmer Rouge activities. In 1970, he infiltrated the revolution through Seng Vai. He built up a CIA network among people so as to have Khmer troops. In 1972, he left the Vietnamese troop to live in Region 5 to encourage people to flee to Thailand. In 1977, he collaborated in preparing a coup and sent reports to the ene my to bomb. He was arrested by Angkar on 10 October, 1977.
