Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1972, Penh Vat [allegedly]joined the revolution and worked as a combatant in Region 41. During 1975-77, [Penh Vat]took action against the revolution in Siem Reap Province by the person building up traitorous forces, inspired combatants to flee their homes, burnt rice warehouses, destroyed rice crops and led people against collectivism. However, [Penh Vat]was arrested on 12 November, 1977.
