Summary / Abstract :

Teng [allegedly]was a Chief of Construction in Region 32 and a former Chief of Fishery in Region 32. Teng was educated by two persons named Hong and Keo, who were both involved in Northern Zone until Prey Veng province which was in Eastern Zone. Actions conducted by the two included: hiding food supplies and property belonging to other people, extracting people's rations, when people came to take rice provided by Angkar. The two did not allow trucks to carry the rice, only people's ox-carts so that the cows' legs would hurt and the rice planting would be halted. They killled people they accuse d of being traitors or contaminated. They also sent letters to get in touch with Chhouk.
