Summary / Abstract :

In 1958, Tan Yeng [allegedly]joined CIA in order to spy on Khmer Rouge activities and to build up CIA forces in Kampot. [Yeng]reported to enemies to kill Khmer Rouge. During 1974-75, he burned people' s rice, spied, informed Lon Nol planes to drop bombs on Khmer Rouge bases, and distributed economic supplies to enemies. In 1976, [Yeng]was transferred to be a soldier in transporting unit, and then c ontacted In Tam and transported food supplies in reserve for attacking the Northwest Zone. On 21 August, 1977, [Tan Yeng]was arrested by Angkar.
