Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1962, Mao Sokha [allegedly]became Koh Kong police spy. [Sokha]investigated students and teachers who were Khmer Rouge members. Moreover, [Sokha]built up Free Khmer forces in Koh Kong junior high sc hool. In 1965, [Sokha]propagandized and investigated Khmer Rouge activity in Toul Kork and other schools located in Phnom Penh. In 1963, [Sokha]hid in Kampong Cham Province and destroyed the revolutio n's plan to attack that province. [Sokha]inspired combatants not to go to the battlefield and shot isolated soldiers. After the liberation day, [Sokha]worked in Division 450 assistance, was appointed by Khuon to destroy reserved petroleum and killed party comrades on the party's anniversary. On 30 December 1976, [Mao Sokha]was arrested by Angkar.
