Nhan Tha aka Smei, soldier of State Commerce, confessed that Vann, combatant of State Commerce, received a plot from Roeun, cadre of State Commerce Supply of Platoon, to smash vital leaders out in Phnom Penh, and to hide weapons for being ready to attack the revolution.
ញាណ ថា ហៅ ស្មី យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ វ៉ាន់ យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរផ្គត់ផ្គង់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានទទួលផែនការ ពីឈ្មោះ រឿន កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាតូចផ្គង់ផ្គង់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ឱ្យសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលដឹកនាំសំខាន់ៗនៅភំ្នពេញ ប្រមូលធាវុធ លាក់ទុកត្រៀមវាយបដិវត្ដ។
