Summary / Abstract :

Sart Chhe [allegedly]joined the CIA in 1964. [Chhe]then conducted actions in Region 22 and reported to Pim. During 1970-71, [Chhe]destroyed rice, and crops by keeping them until they spoiled, and allo wed traders to take produce to Vietnam. [Chhe]was a main leader in Region 22, who collaborated with CIA forces and had various networks in other regions. They jointly spread propaganda about their CIA s political plans in order to counter-attack the Khmer Rouge revolution.
