Suos Nov makes contact and plan to attack in the form of systematic network; 3. finished stage 1 alr eady: failure (attacked bt comrades); 4. started stage 2 in early 77, attacked openly by military forces with support of Vietnam and additional assistance of Soviet and USA; 5. There is a list of the confession. Clear with regard to the enemy plan. It enables us to take immediate steps to cope with it before hand, especially eliminate internal traitors; on page 164, contains a hand-written note in blue pen, which reads: [Suos Nov]does not deny [the case]of Brother Pim. Summary / Abstract :
|
After working for the revolution for nine years, [Suos Nov]was assigned by Angkar to study medicine in Vietnam. There, [Nov]was sponsored by a Vietnamese to join the People's Party of Vietnam and kept working until 1954. In 1958, [Nov]moved to live with our comrades in Phnom Penh. In 1970, [Nov]contacted the Vietnamese to attack in Nhek Leung and asked them to supply weapons to Region 24. [Nov]spo nsored the Vietnamese to work officially in every district. After the liberation in 1975, [Nov]insisted the Vietnamese take Vietnamese citizens in Cambodia back to Vietnam, not fish in Cambodian terri tory and asked them to give the Nam river back to Cambodia and let Cambodia control the border. [Nov]insisted that the Vietnamese must not allow traitors from Cambodia to enter their territory and for m troops there.
