Contains a note: Most secret on page 1; on page 1, contains a hand-written note in red pen, which reads: Note:1)when hand-cuffed by our brothers, Thuch still tried to write this story. He proposed to have his hands released, and to have his hands cuffed for only 3 days. He will write everything concerning the cases of Comrade Nhim and Brother Pim. I decided not to let him write anymore, and had hi m hand-cuffed for a period of 10-15 days, because he has so far tried to make up story in order to attack the party. If he still wrote anything groundless during the 10-15 days, while he has been hand -cuffed, let continue to hand-cuff longer; 2)concerning Comrade Nhim's with something he knew in order to create important things for the case of Comrade Nhim. This is similar to other cases confessed by enemies, that we will have to make further analysis and investigation. According to the document we knew, now is just a fiction, 8/3/77; contains another note in black pen, which reads: I learned that he attacked us internally [our internal structure]; on page 102, contains a hand-written note in red pen, which reads: Dear Brother, I put some marks in parts of this confessions. Summary / Abstract :
|
Koy Thuon made a confession about contacts made with traitorous lines in various zones including the Northern, Northwestern and Eastern zones. Most of the traitorous actions he conducted were advised and assigned by Hou Nim who was a Khmer Rouge leader. In 1976, as a member in Special Branch, [Thuon]worked with Comrade Khieu, a special Khmer cadre. In the Eastern Zone, which was the firm base of t raitorous forces, [Thuon]made contact with Ta Mok, Phim, Ngim and Sou and among them there were a Chief and a Deputy Chief of the Eastern Zone.
