Nhan Tha aka Smei, soldier of state commerce, confessed that Mean, combatant of state commerce office, received a plot from Roeun, cadre of platoon, state commerce, to smash main leaders out in Phnom Penh, to destroy materials and crops, and secretly to keep rice and medicines.
ញាណ ថា ហៅ ស្មី យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ មាន យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរផ្គត់ផ្គង់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានទទួលផែនការ ពីឈ្មោះ រឿន កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាតូចផ្គង់ផ្គង់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ឱ្យសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលដឹកនាំសំខាន់ៗនៅភំ្នពេញ បំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈ ដំណាំ និងលួចអង្ករ ថ្នាំពេទ្យលាក់ទុក។
