Summary / Abstract :
In 1972, Suy Khoeun [allegedly]was a spy for a Chief of Police in Sangke District in order to spy on people who were in collaboration with the Khmer Rouge. In 1970, [Khoeun]was a messenger for a Chief of Region 4. In 1975, he was sent by Angkar to live in Region 6, where he started to take gold and dollars from people, to burn down petrol stations and textile mills, and to destroy machinery in fac tories. In 1977, he came back to Region 4 and worked in Daunteav lathing factory. At that time, he again destroyed machinery and tractors. Then, he became afraid and gathered his squad to escape and c ontact In Tam soldiers in Thailand, but they were arrested by Angkar in August, 1977.
