Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1972, Suy Kheoun [allegedly]joined the CIA to monitor Khmer Rouge activities. After the liberation in 1975, he served as a revolution courier to living in a factory and he gathered forces in prepar ation to flee to Thailand. He confiscated the revolutions gold dollars and silver, saying it was Angkar's move to collectivize property, destroyed textile crops and machine components to cause malfunc tion. He was arrested by Angkar in August, 1977.
