Summary / Abstract :
Hay Chut [allegedly]reported on the names of traitors in Region 23. The report revealed the traitorous activities carried out by Seth Pim, a member in Taing Krasang District, who imprisoned and killed youths who had made only small mistakes, withheld cloth from being provided to people, made people overwork and if anyone tried to take a rest he/she was tied up in the sun, tortured and beat people, depriving people of rations sufficiently provided through the party plan and destroyed agricultural materials.
