Summary / Abstract :

In 1972, Comrade Prov Ky allegedly]joined the revolution as a soldier in Region 25. In 1973, [Ky]became a CIA agent and become involved in building up CIA forces to oppose the revolution. [Ky]propagan dized among people to rebel against Angkar for making private land, cooperative land. [Ky]spread propaganda discouraging soldiers from going to the front line and telling them to pretend to be sick wh en it was time to fight. In 1975, after the liberation of Phnom Penh, he incited combatants to disrupt the fighting by shooting in the wrong direction to waste bullets, destroying material and allowin g CIA force to assasinate cadres who occupied his positions in an attempt to get rid of the leadership machine.
