Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1968, Men Sary [allegedly]joined the CIA, then started to arrest students serving for the revolution and the revolution's supporters, and spread leaflets in order to oppose the revolution. In 1975, [Sary]came and worked as an Assistant in the Department of Commerce in Region 5. At that time, [Sary]joined in the transportation of rice, foodstuff and medicines to be kept in reserve for attacking the revolution, and got involved in the exportation of rice to Thailand. [Sary]encouraged people to plant seedlings upside down so that they could not grow as a means of destroying the revolution. On 24 November, 1977, [Men Sary]was arrested by Angkar.
