Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1967, Chy Chiv [allegedly]was a spy, assigned to keep track of Khmer Rouge activities. In 1970, [Chiv]infiltrated the revoltuion in the Northeast Zone. At that time, [Chiv]made combatants afraid of the battlefield and desert the defense line, gathered the deserters to escape into the forest, fired at cars in an ambush, and secretly shot messengers. After 1975, [Chiv]admitted New People into the units and withdrew Base People who could not be reeducated, killed main cadres by shooting secretly and throwing grenades into cars. In addition, [Chiv]contacted the Thai and In Tam to come and destr oy bridges and to evacuate people to the Thai bordor. Until on 28 April 1977, [Chiv]was arrested by Angkar.
