Summary / Abstract :
In 1967, Lim Siv [allegedly]joined the CIA assigned to keep track of Khmer Rouge activities among teachers and students. In 1970, [Siv]spread propagada and inspired teachers and students to love liber al regimes and hate communist regimes. In 1971, [Siv]was a nava[ soldier. In 1972, [Siv]infiltrated the revoltuion in Takmao Office, then reported to troops to drop bombs on the revolution bases, and propagadized people not to join military service. In 1975, [Siv]went to live in Division 170 in the Eastern Zone. At that time, [Siv]encouraged combatants to go back home, created conflict between uni ts, secretly drained water out of the dikes Angkar had ordered, and destroyed ships and machinery. In June 1977, [Lim Siv]was arrested by Angkar.
