Summary / Abstract :

Koy Thuon testified about the creation of a new party to supervise traitorous activities and to build up the movement against Khmer Rouge. The network of the new party included Assistant Governor of R egion 22, Ta Mok's man, Hou Yon, CIA infiltrators and a Khmer Rouge leader. They incited Khmer Rouge's troops to fight from the inside attacking Region 22 with the cooperation of Ho Nim, South Vietnam , May Pho and the governor of Region 105.
