Summary / Abstract :

Korng (a priest)had close contact with Choeun (Hanoi)who was a military Commander as well as a Committee Chief of Katt Pluk Sub-District in Region 33. Korng and Choeun agreed to conduct betrayal by ta king Vietnamese soldiers as a model for the arrangment of Khmer soldiers, and building up new forces in favor of Vietnamese soldiers during 1970-73. After 1975, the Nothwest Zone was under the control e of Chakrey and traitorous partisans and they then strengthened their forces and started provoking conflict among the authorities.
