Summary / Abstract :

In 1967, Pich Chhan joined the CIA and started to build up underground CIA forces. People encouraged people to have free movement and commit debaucheries, and forced them to have communal meals. Durin g 1972-73, [Chhan]reported to the enemy's planes to drop bombs on the liberated regions. Chhan made contract with traitorous networks in all units, including the Military of Information, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Keat Chhun), the Ministry of Industry, Brother 81, and Eastern Zone. Until on 14 Marcg 1977, he was arrested by Angkar.
