Summary / Abstract :

Duong Chum, a secret revolution bodyguard of Kpob, in the woods since 1968, allegedly had his CIA network in Region 21 and 24 acting against the revolution. In 1976, while a Deputy Chief of Political Sector in Region 21, he exchanged livestock for weapons with the Vietnamese, in an attempt to attack the revolution by cooperating with the Vietnamese. Then he was arrested by Angkar.
