Nhan Tha aka Smei, soldier of State Commerce, confessed that in 1975, Sat, combatant of platoon, State Commerce, received a plot from Roeun to smash vital leaders out in Phnom Penh, to destroy revolutionary materials, and to hide weapons for being ready to fight back the revolution.
ញាណ ថា ហៅ ស្មី យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ សាត យុទ្ធជនអនុសេនាតូចផ្នែកផ្គត់ផ្គង់ ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ រឿន ឱ្យសម្លាប់ កម្មាភិបាលធំៗនៅភំ្នពេញ បំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈបដិវត្ដ និងឱ្យប្រមូល អាវុធលាក់ទុកត្រៀមវាយបដិវត្ដ។
