Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1970, Hoy Touch [allegedly]joined the revolution in the Mobile Work Brigade of Bakan District. Since [Touch]was educated by the Commune Chief, [Touch]built up traitorous forces, contacted Lon Nol t roops, reported on Khmer Rouge activities to troops, and spied in headquaters. During 1975-77, [Touch]was sent to work in the Commercial Section in Northwest Zone, where [Touch]continued betrayal incl uding building up more traitorous forces in the commercial headquaters and destroying various property. On 16 June, 1977, [Hoy Touch]was arrested by Angkar.
