Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1974, Chhout Nhe [allegedly]was a spy in the Khmer Rouge line. In 1975, [Nhe]joined the Khmer Rouge revolution as a combatant in Unit 174, Prey Chhor District, Kampong Cham. [Nhe]then started to st rengthen CIA network, destroyed seedlings and rice, hid rice to support bandits, and contacted CIA forces in Unit 601 in order to organize forces both to attack Angkar leaders and to fight for a weapo ns warehouse in Kampong Cham. In September 1977, [Chhout Nhe]was arrested by Angkar.
