Summary / Abstract :

Bou Phat was a hand of the Vietnamese Workers' Party since 1955 and Keo Meas was his leader in these actions. Later, he was imprisoned. When he was out of prison, Khieu Samphan provided him with a hou se to live in, in Phnom Penh and he then started getting involved in political propaganda. In 1968, he was assigned by Brother Number 1 to educate a secret defense unit to attack the enemies in region 105. In 1973, when Sihanouk returned to Cambodia, he became a chief of Sihanouk's security forces with comrade Ya in Region 105. After 1975, he was asigned by Brother Number 2 to work in Phnom Penh i n order to evacuate thirty thousand people to live in region 103, and build up forces in region 103. He also contacted and politically involved himself with high ranking official leaders like Chhouk, Ya, and Keo Meas. Until 3-1-78, when he was arrested by Angkar.
