Summary / Abstract :
Sieng Pauy [allegedly]joined the revolution as a combatant in Region 1. In 1972, [Sieng Pauy]was educated by Sou to join the CIA with an assignment to build up CIA forces inside the military, to destr oy the revolution's forces, and to destroy Angkar's property. In 1975, when he was promoted to be a commander, he acted in opposition to Angkar's objectives. When he was assigned by Angkar to wipe out high-ranking people, he instead took good people to be killed, alleging that they were high-ranking. In addition, he encouraged people to move from village to village, starved people, and never helpe d to solve problems with people's living conditions. On 16 July, 1977, he was arrested by Angkar.
