In 1974, Koam Rin joined the revolution as a female combatant. In 1976, she joined the CIA, promoted activities against the revolution, caused conflict and splits among people in the units, and arrang ed a plot to poison guests in order to spoil the party line. When there were guests, she bothered them, cooked insufficient food for them, and did not properly serve them so that they criticized the p arty's leadership. She was later arrested by Angkar.
