Huot Ly Sitha aka Det, soldier of Chraing Chamreh animal raising section, confessed that in 1974, Thy assigned Nhoep to Sat, and Nhoep agreed to serve Sat's traitorous plan. In 1975, Sat assigned Nhoep to look for equipment in order to support guerrillas and to build up more forces.
ហួតលី ស៊ីថាហៅ ដែត យុទ្ធជនចិញ្ចឹមសត្វច្រាំងចំរេះ បាន និយាយថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ធី បានទៅណែនាំ ញឹប អោយមក នៅជាមួយ សាត ហើយ ញឹប បានបំរើផែនការក្បត់ របស់ សាត រហូតមក។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ សាត បានណែនាំ ញឹប អោយរក សម្ភារៈទុកអោយចោរព្រៃ និងអោយកសាងកម្លាំងថែមទៀត។
