Summary / Abstract :
In 1961, Sieng Heu [allegedly]joined the CIA in the Faculty of Medicine. During 1971-75, he allegedly got in touch with CIA networks including Hem, Borey, Hing, Chong, Hoa. After the liberation day in 1975, he was evacuated by Angkar to Region 5, and he was then detained with other CIA members. In 1976, he was released by Angkar, and then he went to live in Region 3. Again, he started building up CIA forces, and hid medicine and foodstuffs for supplying bandits to attack the revolution in 1977. On 9 August, 1977, he was arrested by Angkar.
