Summary / Abstract :

In 1954, Chhim Van Sart [allegedly]joined the revolution in Prey Veng. In 1961, Comrade Chhim Van Sart became Director of the Youk Vakmit Newspaper in Phnom Penh. This comrade was imprisioned until 19 64. In the prision, Comrade Sart met a traitorous network and was inspired to betray the revolution. In 1970, Sart worked in the Military Department as Economic Chief, accountant in Region 24. Under t he leadership of Chhouk, Sart, Chhakrey and Mern hid military supplies provided by Russians, Vietnamese and Thai in Koki Som Village. Tanks and cars were stored in Vietnam for the time being.
