Summary / Abstract :
|
Sart Chhe allegedly joined CIA in 1964. He then conducted actions in region 22 and reported on assignment lines to Pim. During 1970-71, he destroyed rice, crops by keeping them until they spoiled, and allowed traders to bring economic outputs into Vietnam. He was a main leader in region 22, who collaborated with CIA forces and had various lines in other regions. They jointly spread propaganda abou t their CIA's political plan in order to counter- attack the Khmer Rouge's revolution.
