Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1964, Chheu Hoy, called Khai, joined the CIA and was assigned to investigate Khmer Rouge activities in Pailin as a spy on the revolution line. In 1970, [Hoy]hid in the revolution line and worked in the hospital service of Region 5, where [Hoy]encouraged people not to trust the revolution and encouraged the hospital women to act against Angkar. Moreover, [Hoy]inspired people to flee to the enemy party, and spread propagada that Angkar was violent. In 1975, [Hoy]was sent by Houng to gather students and teachers to keep them in one place to kill them or evacuate them to Thailand. [Hoy]also tra nsported weapons for In Tam to attack Region 5.
