Summary / Abstract :
In 1966, Sann Leng [allegedly]was a spy for Seik Sam Ek in Battambang. He was assigned to spy on Khmer Rouge activities and the location of Khmer Rouge forces in Battambang and recruited volunteers to serve military. During 1971-73, when [Sann Leng]came to spy, he was so afraid that the Khmer Rouge would catch him, he decided to stay at the Sorsa Sdam for information from people who went to the ma rket. [Sann Leng]cooperated with other soldiers in conscripting people to serve military subsequently. In 1973, [Sann Leng]infiltrated the revolution in Mongkul Borei to build up traitorous forces wit hin the Khmer Rouge networks. In 1975, [Sann Leng]encouraged people to flee to Thailand disguising themselves as Thais to make surprise attacks on the zone soldiers to disrupt the party's plans, until arrested by Angkar on June 27, 1977.
