In 1972, Y Oel [allegedly]joined the military force, and was indoctrinated to hate the revolution and oppose communism because [Oel]inspired people to work in the revolution. In 1975, [Oel]was a membe r of the revolution and worked at a hospital in a platoon in Region 24. [Oel's]activities were not easy to identify, but [Larch Khorn]had a relationship with military in 1973.
