Summary / Abstract :
|
Sork Mann, [allegedly]Secretary of Platoon 702, Regiment 601, Division 174, Central Zone, coaxed people to destroy ammunition. Mann allowed soldiers from Phnom Penh to evacuate inhabitants and formed a CIA group in Khmer Rouge lines. In 1975, [Mann]incited people to destroy plantations and ammunition, and to defect the line. On 15 September, 1975, [Sork Mann]was arrested and imprisoned by Angkar. [Mann]had joined the military in 1971.
