Summary / Abstract :

Keo Socheat [allegedly]went to live in the liberated area in 1974 and worked as a youth in the Mobile Work Brigade in Region 37. [Socheat]joined the CIA in 1974 and acted against the revolution by bui lding up CIA forces, gathering weapons and ammunition to hide in the forest, and killing patients and youths in the hospital, in an attempt to reduce revolutionary forces and defame the revolution nam e. [Socheat]destroyed property of the revolution and threw it away or burnt it.
