Summary / Abstract :

Meas Nhan [allegedly]entered the revolution as a soldier in the end of 1970 in Prey Chhor District. In 1973, [Nhan]entered the CIA. After 1975, [Nhan]built up CIA forces, incited soldiers to destroy W arehouse 15 and 14 and poisoned pigs. When sending rice abroad, [Nhan]encouraged soldiers to erase sack labels and [Nhan's]last activities were inciting soldiers to destroy coconut trees and betel-nut trees. On 16 October, 1977, Angkar arrested [Meas Nhan].
