Huot Liv, male, 38, 1,62 meter-high, joined CIA on July 21, 1972 through Mei Dimang and Ny Suong. Huot Liv had contact with Kok Lorn to convince people and soldiers in prison to disgust the revolution by the ideology of raising the Republic regime and to assign CIA members to carry out traitorous activity.
