Summary / Abstract :

Nhem joined the revolution in 1969, and started to conduct traitorous actions in Kampong Cham region and encouraged people not to join Sihanouk's revolution but to join the republican regime instead. [Nhem]reports for the enemies about the plan to attack Kampong Cham. In 1975, [Nhem]went to work in the field of commerce in Kampong Saom. [Nhem]then gathered foodstuff to supply guerrillas in Region 37 in an attempt to stage a riot in order to take over that region. [Nhem]also got involved in planning to contact Vietnam and Thailand in order to stage a coup d'état in Region 105, Northern Zone, Ea stern Zone and Phnom Penh with participation from appointed networks.
