Summary / Abstract :

Mak Kim Sreng, [allegedly]a medic in Steung Treng Province who had joined the revolution in 1970, was transferred to a handicap center after he had been injured and had become handicapped. After being indoctrinated by the Thai, the Eastern network, he joined the CIA in 1976 and betrayed the revolution. He caused disputes in units, destroyed agricultural equipment, formed a CIA group and encouraged combatants to desert the defense line. He was arrested by Angkar.
