Summary / Abstract :
In 1970, Khuon Suy joined the revolution as a combatant in the Northern Zone. In 1971, [Suy]infiltrated military units in the Kampong Cham Region. In 1973, [Suy]joined the Workers' Party of Kampuchea, and propagadized people to hate the revolution. After liberation day in 1975, Suy destroyed public property; burned paper manufacturing and brick houses; inspired combatants to desert; encouraged cad res to accuse people and combatants of being enemies, as an excuse for taking them to be killed; forced sick combatants to do the labor until death; damaged rice crops; and hid food supplies in reserv e for attacking the revolution. On 24 February, 1977, [Khuon Suy]was arrested by Angkar. In February 1975, [we]destroyed a massive force [of the enemy]. Especially, at 11 am, the plane spied and ident ified trenches and locations of artillery bases, and it reported to the artillery force to shell those trenches with 4 or 5 rounds landing on the trenches. Then 4 other planes came dropping bombs.
