Summary / Abstract :
|
Hak [allegedly]joined the CIA in 1961 to spy on Khmer Rouge activities and spread ideology among students. In 1973, Hak inflitrated the revolution, encouraged people to go and join the military region s, encouraged people to object to setting up collctives, and destroyed crops and foodstuff. After the 1975 liberation day, [Hak]came to live at Russei Keo Fuel Store in Phnom Penh, undermined the proc ess of distributing petrol to each region, destroyed petrol, encouraged people not to dig canals, and denied medicine to patients. On Februry 2, 1977, [Hak]was arrested by Angkar.
