Summary / Abstract :

Tauch Phoeun got to know Phim in 1974 when Angkar held an annual party meeting in Kroch Chhmar District. Coming to know Phim, [Phoeun]gave advice and inspired Phim to understand the advantages of the Vietnamese, who had supplied a great deal tothe Eastern Zone, and also advised Phim to oppose Lon Nol. After the liberation day in 1975, Comrade Phim ordered (Phoeun?)to gather property of the people so that the latter felt dissatisfied with they revolution, as well as to keep the gathered property in reserve for staging a coup d'état.
