In 1970, Nuon Mann alias Raot, lived in the revolutionary zone. In 1972, [Nuon Mann]was a White Khmer member and spied on the revolution. In 1973, [Mann]worked in Craftmanship Zone 44, where [Mann]too k action against the revolution by making strife in base. [Mann]killed officials of low rank to high-rank and also killed zone and division committee members. [Mann]destroyed plantations and hid weapo ns for a coup.
